Al Gore's numbers don't add up.

I have been working on a study for an independent science lab on the effects of CO₂ on the atmosphere. About 0.03%, or 300 ppm, of the earths atmosphere is CO₂. It is estimated that is slightly higher than 100 years ago. If we doubled that in the next 10 years, we would increase the average global temperature by about 1 degree Fahrenheit. Al Gore is claiming that we have increased the amount of CO₂ by 0.1% over the last 20 years. This means humans have increased the global temperature by 0.0001 degree. At the current rate, we would raise it 1 degree in about 10,000 years. This is going by Al Gore's numbers.
